I am a new patient and I have nothing but high praises for Alicia Gray and the office staff at Pequest Family Practice. She listens to your questions & concerns. You don’t feel like you are being rushed out the door. And a huge plus for me is the office is minutes away from home so that’s always nice. Thank you for welcoming me as you did & making me feel comfortable.
I am beyond happy switching to this practice. Alicia Grey is absolutely phenomenal as well as the nurses and staff. My son is actually excited to go there because of the atmosphere they create. It’s truly like a family. They always see us so fast, and Alicia actually LISTENS to every single word when you tell her what’s been going on. My son has a long history of health issues as well as current ones, and Alicia is so proactive trying to get things figured out and fixed. Thank you for a wonderful practice so close to home! Refreshing experience to still have medicine performed the way it should be. That is where the patient is treated as a person and not a numerical quota for the allotted time. Laura was the most compentent person in medicine I have seen in a long time. Staff is out of this world. Roberta gets a shout out for adding to the overall friendly and compassionate care from the office. Will recommend this this group highly
