Experience started off rough with some issues related to an online appointment and carried over into some of the techs departing early. Patrick stayed late and personally serviced our vehicle- can’t say enough good things about him and we are grateful for his personal commitment to delivering great service. These 5 stars are all for him as there clearly some issues that Pep Boys needs to fix.

(August 1, 2023, 7:31 pm)My wipers stopped working and I took my car to pep boys. They kept it overnight and called me the next day to tell me what the problem was. I was able to go and get the part myself instead of using their part and being charged double. It didn't take long to get my car back !

I was confident in their assessment of my vehicle, satisfied with the service fee, and trusted the mechanic's recommendation! (June 18, 2023, 12:19 pm)The service manager, Khalayi Waiters, was knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations of the problems with 2006 Range Rover I brought in for an oil change and check of the cooling system. When the technician discovered issues more serious than we expected, they held off on doing the authorized service until I could be fully informed and decide whether to spend more on the service before having it checked out further by a Land Rover dealer. Pending that service, which is now scheduled, I can't say for sure; but Pep Boys saved me over $100 from the originally authorized service while honoring my right to choose. I appreciate the way this was handled. Good work, folks.
