  I got pulled over for brakes at weigh station. I was told eta would be at 10 a.m.and Eddie was precisely here at that time and had it fixed in no time. He was also very kind throughout. I will tell my supervisor to use PennFleet again and anyone else who's would be in the service area. Eddie Rivera was my service guy. Thanks for your service.

  We had rented a 26 ft. box truck out of Ohio, and hydraulic fluid was leaking from the increasingly noisy lift gate as we delivered in Philadelphia, PA. After calling Enterprise Truck Rental, they put us in touch with PennFleet as a local vendor they used to do onsite repairs. Eddie arrived and in just a short time had the leaks fixed and even refilled our fluid for us. He worked quickly and was an expert at determining what parts and steps were needed to get back on the road.   You employees Eddie and Jose did a great job on my truck DOT inspection and I needed brakes and they did it right there on the spot. You guys are so professional.

  I busted my electrical line while picking up at port in eddystone. My company called penn fleet they said 60 to 90 mins Eddie Rivera showed up in 35 mins. He was professional and a very nice guy with a great attitude even though it was hot as hell outside. I would definitely recommend these guys for a road call fast, professional, and just an overall great experience 👍 👍
