(May 4, 2023, 12:17 pm)A beautiful spot to stop for lunch with friends as it was a gorgeous sunny day & not many people around. Lots of picnic tables to choose from (shade or sunny) view of lake was great too. There’s a hiking oath that goes around the lake. Make sure you’ve got appropriate footwear as the day we went it must have rained the night before & the trail was wet & sometimes slippery.

(March 14, 2023, 11:35 am)Pelton Pond looked very beautiful on Sunday, with snow and sun...Reached Stillwater and looped back on very well kept trails (except for a large fallen tree). It's unusual to see snow and deep blue water at the same time. Ponds are usually frozen at this time of the year...

(January 4, 2021, 2:43 pm)Very pretty Nature Trail, 1.5 miles, that meanders around the pond. Connecting trails for cross country skiers & snowshoes. Nice open lodge with 2 fireplaces that overlooks the pond. Lots of picnic tables & fire pits for BBQ. Large parking lot. Imagine it would get crowded in the summer.
