A.M. Pellak recently completed a wonderful bathroom renovation for us, from design through project completion. Our house is 120 years old - the main bathroom was very small and we needed to make a few changes to expand the space and accommodate disability issues. In addition to enlarging the room, the team had to deal with old plumbing and maintaining some of the original features, including matching some intricate woodwork trim. Once the project started there were no gaps in the pace of construction and the team was diligent about cleaning up every day. We were very impressed by their excellent craftsmanship, good communication, and professionalism. We would definitely recommend Pellak for any renovation project.

We hired Pellak for a full bathroom renovation and would recommend them to anyone looking for help on a construction project. Our whole bathroom was on the fritz and needed updating, and we are thrilled with how it came out. Pellak did a great job communicating throughout the process and was very respectful with regards to keeping the house clean and limiting damage while moving equipment, materials, etc... Highly recommend!

We had a major remodel done with Pellak and could not be happier with the results. They took our very outdated 1930s kitchen & dining room and transformed it into a modern open concept kitchen. Amanda was awesome to work with during the design process & was responsive to any questions I had before & during construction. They also remodeled our main bathroom at the same time bringing it up to date & more functional for our needs. The timeline they provided was perfect (finishing earlier than expected), the work spaces and surrounding areas were clean and we were kept informed throughout the whole process about next steps. Brian was easy to get ahold of & Robert and the construction team were flawless. We’ve already recommended them to several friends who are equally impressed with the work done. We would absolutely use them again in the future for any large projects!

Our original GC hired to do a demo/rebuild of our addition and kitchen cabinet installation had to drop out of the project. Pellak stepped in to handle all details, taking it from design to completion during the winter months without any problems They were even able to install cabinets purchased by the previous GC without any difficulty, and installed a pellet stove we desired flawlessly.

This will be our main living space, and can't wait to use the pellet stove for the first time! We've literally doubled the original footprint of the addition, and have a very functional and spacious deck. The kitchen has more cabinet storage, modern appliances, a hood vent for the stove that exhausts externally, and a island with large countertop for ease of food prep!

Everyone they employed were professional, on-time, had a great work attitude, and were very respectful to our property and privacy.

I hope to hire them again to complete other repairs in our home in the future, and would highly recommend them to others.

Pellak construction was amazing! We love their work so much we used them to renovate a second home! Absolutely obsessed with my kitchen renovation. Their knowledge, designs and communication are top notch. They are super clean as well! It's super easy and convenient to pick out everything you need at their design studio. We will definitely be calling them again for more renovation projects 🙂
