  We have hired Tom and his crew for several jobs. We have never been disappointed in any aspect. He goes above and beyond to deliver superior results in all aspects. He is meticulous in his preparation and execution in all aspects of his work. He insists on delivering the best possible results even if it means more work for him. The ultimate reference for Pell comes when things go wrong ( as inevitably they will after many jobs) …Tom makes no excuses, accepts responsibility and just makes it right…period! You can’t put a price tag on integrity.
  You couldn’t ask for a better, more reliable or ethical outfit than Tom and Pell.

  My experience using pell painting was wonderful. Their interior painting completely transformed the space. Even with a close up look at the detail on the trim, not a single drop of paint was out of place. i would recommend their services for anyone who wants something done at a highly professional level.

  Pell’s service was absolutely seamless! not only did they do a wonderful job painting, but went above and beyond to fix the holes in my drywall. They will definitely be my first call for any future work.

  Tom did an excellent job staining my deck. He was extremely professional and got it done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend PELL!
