(June 2, 2023, 5:36 pm)The lady behind the counter abruptly said, "No eating in," after I asked if I could dine in. When I went to pay with a credit card, she again abruptly answered that they didn't take credit cards. I think there was a minimum dollar order required?
I ordered the lunch special of Chicken Egg Foo Young with fried rice and wonton soup. The portion was very plentiful. For those who love a flavorful thick gravy, seek no further. It was really good. The fried rice was good, but it was not what I am traditionally accustomed to and slightly salty. The wontons in the soup were tasty with a perfect thickness of noodle. The broth was also a tad on the salty side.
Overall, first impression, I will go back and give it another go-round. The lunch special prices are reasonable. This time, I'll stick to plain steamed rice and try another dish. Maybe I will do a follow-up review... -

(April 5, 2023, 2:17 pm)Good food very poor customer service. I will not come back. I order from here bc I work nearby. So I sat at an open table after ordering she says you can't eat in here. I said why no one else here plus you have tables out. She replied I don't know why not. Weird!

I'm a regular customer, and I feel that they have a very good level of consistency, between great taste, beautiful presentation, and the speed in which they prepare orders. In addition, the fact that they offer both a Chinese and a Japanese food menu means that I get to mix and match. I miss the Cantonese food from San Francisco, so it's a nice place to get my fix. I'm also really happy that they're open late! (Just a note: They're closed on Mondays.)
They don't offer delivery, but I feel extremely safe ordering pick-up from them. Their COVID safety procedures are top-notch, and they've built what's basically an airlock system where you can safely pay without coming into contact with anyone. They do a great job all around!
