I really enjoyed working with Dr. Loni. I was afraid I had waited too long after giving birth before seeking out a Pelvic Floor PT (nearly 4 years!) but she was welcoming and encouraging. She explained both the anatomy and the benefit of the exercises plainly and effectively, so I could really visualize the progress we were making. And I'm happy to report that an impromptu dance party with my 4 year old this morning was not only trouble-free physically, but I wasn't even mentally preoccupied by PT issues (if you know, you know). That's a huge win for me! I happily recommend Peaceful Pelvis to every new and new-ish mom in the area I meet.
Amazing individualized care. Dr. Hersch listens and is phenomenal in troubleshooting the difficult parts of life. She shares her knowledge in an easy to understand manner and has provided practical advice to get me back up to speed postpartum. So thankful for her care!

She's done a lot to educate myself and my husband to be prepared to have the type of birth experience we want to have. After having 5 babies vaginally and although I felt ok, I knew a little a little help down there would definitely be beneficial. I started a new workout routine with a post partum specialist and my trainer recommend seeing a Pelvic PT so I consulted with my OBGYN and she highly recommended Loni and I'm delighted she did!! Loni is the best at what she does for sure. She has helped me so much in the last few weeks with her knowledge and the best part for me is that I now apply it to my all my workouts and have noticed a dramatic change in every aspect. And what's even better is that my hubby and kids have all noticed a huge difference too. I'm definitely more aware of my posture and I'm starting to adjust myself now without having to think about it like I used to do. Its been two years since I gave birth to my twins and I had thought that it was too late to start pelvic PT, but as I've learned - its never too late to start!! Its never too late to take care of down there!! Thanks for all your help Loni, you are nothing short of AMAZING!!!
