  My experience with Marissa was beyond what I could have expected. After dieting and struggling to maintain a healthy mindset with food and sleep, out meetings gave me the right tools for my lifestyle and eliminated some of the self-doubt. She helped make attainable goals and develop plans for food that were enjoyable. She's kind and easy to talk to and specifically helps you remember to be kind to yourself.

  I met with Marissa Perrotta and she was truly wonderful. I had a great virtual experience as I felt very comfortable talking with her and didn't feel judged at all by things I didn't know. She was very helpful and I highly recommend her for all your nutrition needs!

  I originally talked to Marissa because I wanted to lose weight. I literally did not know how to feed myself properly. She is a wealth of information. She’s a fabulous teacher and very patient. When she told me that teaching me yoga was part of the process I jumped.
  Not only did I learn how to feed myself but I learned how to exercise properly without hurting my joints. She’s a wonderful dietitian and yoga instructor. In just a few months I’ve already lost 17 pounds. and I’m over 60! She’s worth it!
