  I was having consistent blue screen issues with my Asus rog g15 gaming laptop and took it to Jacob, who was very friendly and helpful on the matter. I didn't think it was fixable but he took it in and made short work of it. Not only did he diagnose and repair the issue, but also gave me the option to upgrade my ram and hard drive as well as cleaning/servicing the entire inside. My laptop runs fantastic now, and is faster than it was new due to the upgrades. Overall, Im very satisfied with the work completed and I highly recommend PC Services to anyone having issues with their computer.

  Jacob was sincere and kind and excellent to work with, the service he provides was quick and flawless .He explained in detail the repair procedure regarding my daughters computer which she uses everyday especially at school as senior in high school. 2 thumbs up !!!

  PC Services is a Great Company! I need my printer fixed. In the end , I need a replacement. Jacob got me a brand new "upgraded" printer for a wonderful price. He is honest and trustworthy. For all your computer and printer needs, this is the place.

  My wife & I found Jacob Tepper of PC Services to be very smart, honest & reasonably priced. Pleasant, courteous and a real gentleman, he's always been patient with our ignorance, willing to explain issues to the extent we could understand them. He has spent as much or as little time as needed to solve our problems, and his work reports are always detailed. Jacob is proficient with both Apple & PC products. At our request he organized our iPhones, iPad & 2 laptops into an integrated system.

  I highly recommend going to PC Services for any computer repairs. Jacob was a lifesaver! My laptop was broken and I needed it fixed urgently because I have college classes to attend and assignments to do. Jacob was able to fix my computer quickly and even worked on labor day to get it fixed for me. Great service and very understanding person. My laptop is working perfectly, like brand new.
