  I bought one of their LJ Hutchen brand trumpets. After one year of daily use the trumpet still looks and performs like new.
  Lost the screw for the third valve slide and they sent out a replacement for free. Great communication and a great company to do business with! I highly recommend them.

  This is a great company. Their instrument quality is very good. Customer service is top-notch. They respond very quickly and take care of any problems you might have. I have been buying instruments from them for several years. Recently I needed to get my flute fixed. I reached out to them. Justin responded quickly and answered all of my questions.

  I’ve been using Paul Effman music for my kids instrument rentals for 6 years. They are fantastic! Renting an instrument on their website is super easy and convenient. Their staff is also very friendly and helpful when I have called or gone in to the store. Most recently, my daughter signed up for percussion in school. The staff at Paul Effman advised me that they also have gently used bell kits that we can purchase for nearly the same price as renting for the year-so we now own a Bell Kit!
  
  I also bought a guitar at a garage sale recently. I brought the guitar in to Paul Effman Music and had it re-strung and fixed up just like new and very affordable.
  
  Justin and the staff have been great to work with throughout the years. Highly recommend them Paul Effman Music!
