  We knew the BMW X5 needed 4 new tires and brakes to pass inspection. In addition the rear of the car sank making driving extremely bumpy even at a slow pace; on the highway it would be impossible. Before ordering tires, shocks etc. Nick the Service manager wanted to investigate more. Turned out that rodents built a nest around the engine that was only visible by unscrewing a cover. The electric system was compromised as a result of gnawed wiring compromising the engine. Bad luck for us but fortunate that new tires and brakes were not installed. The car became an insurance issue. We paid for the diagnosis and identification of the problem that was a valuable service saving us unnecessary additional
  costs.

  This garage was fantastic! I took my car to them for an oil change and they offered to do a state inspection in addition and forward date the sticker so I didn't lose any time. Both Nick and Rich were super helpful and explained everything in an understandable manner, and reimbursed my Uber travel to and from the garage. The inspection report included pictures of all the parts so I could clearly see what they were reporting. I had an issue with my battery a couple days after pickup it up, but they helped me get a tow with technet which was fully reimbursed. They were able to fix my battery problem free of charge and even gave me new windshield wiper fluid and cleaned some of the car's interior as well!

  I had my inspection completed at the Swarthmore location. I was greeted immediately by Rich and the manager Nick. I was taken care of right away. I ended up having to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Rich places the order for parts and they were there fairly quick. Rodney was the mechanic working on my car and explained the issue with my rotors rather than just stating they just needed replacement. The owner himself walked into the establishment and greeted everyone by name and checked in with all of his employees. He greeted me as well and asked how they were helping me today and how my experience was. After finishing with my car, Rodney then washed my vehicle! Overall a great experience at this establishment, friendly and attentive staff and I will surely be using their services in the future.

  Nick and Rich took great care of me! My RAM 1500 had a check engine light on, they diagnosed it quickly, were very thorough and honest. My spark plugs were replaced quickly and I was back on the road in no time. I will definitely be back!
