  Patrick Family Chem-Dry did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets. From the initial call with Teresa to set up the appointment to Robert who did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. He explained about the process and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use this company again.

  Robert did a great job on our carpets and upholstery. He was early which was a plus, very attentive to detail and exceptionally polite. He explained everything he was going to do and answered any questions we had to our satisfaction. We are very pleased, we'll be back and will definitely request Robert.

  This is the second time we have used Patrick Family to clean our couches. I used to clean rugs and upholstery for a living many years ago and truly appreciate the pride he takes in his work. The technology has improved dramatically and the it's good to see dedicated work ethic from the technician. It was a fantastic job done in a reasonable amount of time for a great value. I'm really pleased as I'm sure my wife will be when she gets home from work later today. Thanks again for everything to the folks at Patrick Family Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaners.

  My husband and I were so pleased with the outcome of our carpets. Robert took his time to explain and review the options available. He clearly went over the process and what to expect.   Excellent service, very knowledgeable of carpet cleaning procedures and methods, and the professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Robert Scarveles was the Master Technician that provided the carpet cleaning service in my home from Patrick Family ChemDry and rather than just letting me pay for services I didnt need, he provided guidance to a more customized service which inturn did provide the best outcome for less cost. My Carpets are 6 years old and I have 3 dogs; a pug, a Pit Bull, and an English Mastiff. They are big mess makers, not a lot of, "accidents" on the carpet but they love to play in the mud and be outside and inturn made the carpet just dirty and obviously smell like dogs. Robert worked hard and did the job without complaint and I loved his personality and enthusiasm. The final outcome could not have been better, its literally like I had brand new carpet. I will absolutely use Patrick Family ChemDry for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future, and I will for sure will request Robert for the task/s.
