Your staff is the best in the business. The only thing was I was able to get my prescription for me to get new glasses. They said I had to see another eye doctor. Was not happy with that answer.
Dr was friendly and thorough. She took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I left having no questions and was sure I was in good hands

Dr. Martinez was very informative and explained my concerns in a calm, professional way.
Also, the techs that I saw were efficient and professional.
I was extremely pleased with my appointment today.
I highly recommend Dr. Martinez and the entire staff. Two years ago I was advised to come into the office ASAP due to symptoms I described over the phone. Thank goodness for this recommendation because Dr Martinez identified a retinal tear and set me up for laser repair the very next morning at a Will's Eye affiliate. Today I saw Dr Martinez because of dry eyes. She carefully explained the root cause and provided detailed instructions for meds and therapy. In addition she did a thorough eye exam including retinal check even though I am scheduled for a future appointment with a retinal specialist. My worries are at rest knowing that I am in such kind and expert care.
