(May 6, 2023, 9:09 pm)Good experience for the first time 😃. The salesman (Billy) was attentive and helpful. Though not technically great but the attitude was excellent. I had gone to Best Buy to pickup my annual “dose” of Surface Laptop. Obviously the top models are never in stock but this gentleman made the process of ordering pleasant and quick. Chatted with Billy for a while and he gave great insights into the challenges being faced by this company while hiring…… I can now understand their situation…….
