Attentive, caring staff, predictable dropoff/pickup, many perks available, an easy to use booking system, and loads of updates on their Facebook page showcasing the weekly guests. (February 8, 2023, 2:39 pm)The folks who run this facility care tremendously for the pets they look after. Each pet is treated with kindness, love, and lots of special attention. Boarding can be a traumatic/stressful experience for dogs, and PEK goes the extra mile to make sure nervous pets are given sufficient play/1:1 time if needed. I cannot recommend them highly enough for boarding, grooming, or daycare. Your pup will thank you!

I have her booked for a wedding coming up and a vacation in April. Very Happy and satisfied. I highly recommend this kennel. Thank you for caring for my precious dog Emily!!

(December 27, 2021, 1:25 pm)I've been taking my dog here for 3 years for boarding and daycare. We moved an hour and 15 minutes away and I still make the drive to bring him to passage east for holidays and vacations. It's his home away from home. He absolutely loves it here. Passage East is always well staffed and reliable. I've heard horror stories from friends about other daycares, so I likely will never trust anyone else with my pup. I know he's in good hands and super happy here.
