She was also very quick with her response to my questions after my appointment. Finally, she gave me tips (self talk) that has been helping me since our appointment. I would highly recommend Rachel Parrotta to everyone who has pelvic floor issues.

She makes sure that you as a patient feel comfortable and she describes everything so that you understand what is happening step by step. She educates and transfers knowledge her knowledge to the patient to help them feel empowered with their own bodies! I 100% recommend Rachel for anyone looking for a Pelvic Floor DPT!

(December 17, 2019, 1:30 pm)I loved working with Rachel! As a new mom, literally EVERYTHING feels weird and new. As a former athlete and fitness enthusiast, I was eager to get back into the gym and just move my new body. I appreciated that Rachel took the time to get to know me and my lifestyle pre-baby, to best help me. She looks at each patient with a positive, yet realistic approach to their healing and abilities. She never used scare tactics, instead just reassured me that my body was healing. The exercises she gave me for my pelvic floor were completely doable and came with great information as well as an easy to access app to keep track of everything.
And a bonus-- she was totally cool with me bringing my baby to my appointment. I highly recommend Rachel for anybody who wants to ensure that their body is making strides in the right direction.
