(December 26, 2022, 3:10 pm)This was my first visit to this office. The front desk customer service was outstanding. No waiting. I was seen right away. The team was very attentive to what I was saying and made sure they had the correct information. Dr. Paternoster was extremely thorough with my eye examination. Transitioning to the eyeglass section went smoothly. That team was also very professional. The place is very clean and the equipment was sanitized every step of the way. I'm impressed and I'm happy I chose this office as my new eye care team. Highly recommend.

(November 2, 2022, 10:46 am)Updated: received a call from them, where they explained the situation and apologized for the issue. Lifehacks: use the morning hours for faster service, and definitely avoid "senior days". Ended up rescheduling the appointment and it all went fine this morning.
Used to be a decent place, definitely not the case anymore - very disorganized staff who clearly can't cope with the number of patients they are getting. Just spent nearly 2 hours in there and nothing to show for it, had to leave. -

The doctor and staff are friendly and professional and take the time to do a careful and complete eye exam. Harvey takes the time necessary to help you pick out a perfect pair of eyeglasses. We highly recommended Park Professional Eyecare.
