  Cory and the other coaches at Parisi are kind, knowledgeable and fun! They connect with the kids and know how to get on their level. The entire experience has been top notch. My son trains with a group of athletes who are developing their speed and agility for a variety of sports. I'm a youth sports coach myself. I'm most impressed by how fun and scientifically sound the activities are at the same time. The kids are doing some advanced explosive movements and having a blast while doing it. My wife and I love taking him to Parisi.

  Both of my children are members at this Speed School. My son is a 14 year old basketball player and my daughter is a 13-year-old softball player.
  
  My son suffered from weak ankles which in turn compromised his knees and lower back. Their systematic and scientific evaluation was second to none in order to build the perfect exercise prescription and workout.
  
  He went from a standing 21-in vertical to 27-in vertical in a very short amount of time. His mobility and stability along with strength has increased exponentially. We could not be happier with my son's progress and we will continue to keep him here through high School.
  
  My daughter had a complete ACL repair and we could not think of any place else to bring her to bridge the gap between her physical therapy and general fitness in order to get her back to playing softball safely and effectively.
  
  Cory's facility is very professional, everyone is always up beat and happy.
  If you're considering bringing your child here you will be very satisfied!

  As a family we have had a great experience at Parisi Speed school in Franklin Lakes. Everyone is very knowledgeable and fun to work with. They really pay attention to detail and work hard to help the athlete improve.They really get to know the people they are working with and provide feedback and suggestions for further improvement. Overall excellent experience, highly recommend!

  Very professional, experienced and organized team here! They go above and beyond in making sure my son has the speed and agility needed to compete as an athlete. I’ve noticed s DRAMATIC difference in my sons ability to play soccer and perform at a high level since he’s been going to Jump Start! Highly recommended!
