(December 27, 2021, 11:59 pm)First & foremost, excellent sauces. That’s the backbone of any Italian restaurant. I’ve cooked in restaurants most of my life & Paradise gets it right. Tonight I enjoyed a simple, elegant Margarita pizza, soft bake. Tasty perfection …One of only two local pizza restaurants I can recommend in my area. You will not be disappointed here. Bravo Paradise.
