(June 9, 2022, 3:35 pm)Memorial Day weekend…engine acts up…call Paradise figuring I’d leave a message and hear back Tuesday. Nope…they call right back, AND within an hour he’s out on the lake trying to diagnose the issue to save the weekend!
While he couldn’t accomplish that due to parts needed the effort was superb and impressive.
By Tuesday all was fixed and the issue was behind us.
THAT’S customer service!
