  I work as the IT person for a restaurant, and given the recent influx in a need for pick up orders, I was tasked with getting an online ordering system up and running ASAP. Daniel from Paradigm went into high gear and made the addition of online ordering a quick & seamless process that resulted in a robust solution that didn't change the day-to-day for any of the staff.
  
  Daniel is a very rare breed of patient, capable, and thoughtful engineers that delivers an excellent product in a personable way. He took the time to answer all of my questions and bring me up to speed on the functions of the POS system (easy to learn!), and he also took care of the configuration of the online menu on his end to make it a one click solution for me. Best of both worlds!

  Paradigm POS has been our go to POS system for the Past 5 years and as we expand our footprint in the Fairfield County restaurant scene with Boca Oyster Bar. There is no other POS system we would even consider using, They are second to none as far as costumer service goes, Daniel and Sean are always available. Locally and nationally you will not find a better POS company.

  I manage a busy brewpub in Western MA, and I have been working with the team at POSitive POS since 2013. They are trustworthy, professional and always respond to problems immediately. We did a lot of research and their product, service and pricing were all better than any other option we could find. I would highly recommend them for any of your POS needs.

  I have had a great experience with Positive POS. They set up the POS quickly. Took there time to train my staff and answered all our questions. The support after the installation is top notch. 6 years later and no problems.

  I have been involved with Positive POS since 2012. I own a Restaurant & Wine Bar in Guilford CT.The team there has been very helpful in solving our issues be it Monday morning or Saturday night. They have a great contract program which keeps us operating 24/7. I most certainly would recommend them.
