(September 21, 2020, 8:44 am)We bought a car from a dealership in Florida. Our salesman got us in touch with First Class Auto Transport. They made all of the arrangements with Paper Impex to pick up our car at the dealership. Our car arrived at our designated pick up spot in Maryland. The process went very smoothly and our car arrived perfectly and a day earlier than expected! I would recommend them.

(February 12, 2020, 9:37 am)Having never shipped a car before, I was horrified after reading reviews from others regarding Paper Impex; I used a 3rd party to assist with finding a transport company.
Long story short...I needed my car shipped from Arizona to Maryland in January 2020. They picked up my car the night before my original request day (wasn’t a problem at all); I overestimated the time needed to transport my car, so I was out of town for work when my car was nearing its final destination.
They called me and I explained that I could not be available to pick up my car until 4 days later. They offered to take my car to PA, store it for FREE, so long as I was willing to pick it up from PA instead of MD.
Of course, still a bit unsure, I had no choice and took them up on this offer. As soon as I could, I made it to Philly, located my car, paid the dude, and my car was perfectly fine!
I will admit, it did seem a little sketchy at first - especially when I went to pick up my car, but mostly everyone I interacted with was kind. As I was waiting for them to bring the key to my car, one of the drivers on the lot saw that I was cold and loaned me a jacket to use while I waited!
Overall, it was a good 1st experience shipping my car; no damage to my car, no extra miles, everything arrived exactly how I left it! -

(January 19, 2020, 2:48 am)This company was assigned to pick up my car. Don't forget to call them or the driver to make sure your driver is the same person! Because they changed driver when I contacted them! Finally, they picked up my car with two days delay. However, the driver, Jamshid, picked up the car from my house in Tennessee and delivered it to me two days earlier in front of the house in California (6 days)! He was very responsive and answered my calls when I contacted him. The car had no damage and the process was so smooth! Overall, I recommend this company.
