  Sam has been fantastic! I can't recommend him enough. He has really turned my life around. So much so, that I am starting a new journey of positivity and joy. I couldn't do it without him.   I had a great healing session with Sam a few weeks ago with outstanding results. The experience was very positive and has helped me "move forward" by uncovering a lot of unknown wounds. Thank you Sam and I look forward to many more sessions with you!

  Like most everyone else, I never thought my emotions would ever get the best of me until I was told that my physical pains were the result of emotional issues.
  
  It certainly doesn’t sound right even when writing or reading about it. How can an emotion I am experiencing manifest within my body? Aren’t emotions just feelings? How can a feeling show up as a pain in my body?
  
  Thanks to Sam Redha, who did a phone reiki session with me…in just 20 minutes…going from nearly a week’s long of excruciating pain to pain free! I honestly thought he was a bit nuts. Until he spoke to me about what he had experienced while healing me within those 20 minutes.
  
  Quick backtrack…I had twisted my knee and lower back six days prior (on a Monday) while playing my favorite sport, Pickelball. I love playing so much that I played Tuesday even though my calf was super tight and achy. And, waiting one more day and chance to play before seeing my chiropractor. Boy was I wrong, by Wednesday morning I could barely walk, I was in tremendous amount of pain and seeing the chiropractor for the only thing on my mind for the entire day was all I thought about. I felt some relief, but I was still in a good amount of pain. I accepted the fact that it was just going to take time and rest. The rest of the week I was in just so much pain, I wasn’t comfortable in any position, even standing. I decided I would spend all day Saturday in bed, relaxing and only move for food, water and bathroom. I figured rest was best, along with ibuprofen, ice and heat. I purchased a simple knee brace, which helped with the swelling and walking for necessities.
  
  Sam called me Sunday afternoon for my reiki healing session. He had first asked why I was sad and why I had been crying – both of which I hadn’t mentioned to him before this call. He said my leg pain was emotional. I immediately thought “yeah right”! In my mind, I had seen the chiropractor twice, got a massage, had ibuprofen, the knee brace, heat and ice. I was good – and would be all better in time – how much time? No idea, we never know how much time it takes to heal/recover from an injury.
  
  During my phone session with Sam, he had mentioned that my inner child was present, protecting me from the evils in the world. She was hesitant and did not want to give up and allow Sam to heal me/my injured leg. He had made a promise to her that this is what Jennifer needs so that her injured leg would feel better. At the end of the session, Sam said my inner child finally gave up the “brace” to allow Sam to heal my emotional pain that had settled into my leg. He had asked how I felt – I felt calm/peaceful and started to walk around – no more pain!
  
  I am still dumbfounded with the idea that my emotions became physical pain within my body. So I did some internet searches and it is a thing but not something anyone really talks about nor is even a thought at first. Sure, my back and leg needed a structural alignment but the pain that set in and didn’t want to leave was more than just physical pain, it was an emotional issue that needed to be healed. There’s no way I would be feeling this great if it wasn’t for my session with Sam in removing the emotional burden that settled in as physical pain. In addition, he helped my protective inner child to understand why I needed healing so badly. It’s as if Sam tore out all the negative emotions that were stuck in my leg and sped up my healing immensely.

  Sam is an amazing healer. He has helped me tremendously, not only with processing past and present trauma but also with physical ailments. My spiritual and emotional growth over the past couple years has been life changing, largely due to Sam’s healing and guidance.
  
  Recently, I had covid and was left with some lingering sensory issues. My taste and smell were barely there several weeks after recovering from the virus. I also had a constant chemical smell in my nose.
  
  After my last session with Sam, I am happy to share that my taste and smell are significantly better and the chemical smell has gone away. I also feel more spiritually grounded.
  
  I would recommend Sam to anyone, in fact he has helped numerous friends and family members of mine! I am forever grateful for Sam’s gift!

  I have had several sessions with Sam. After just one session I had great improvement. With each session I feel better & better. He is truly a God send assisting me releasing & achieving greater balance in my life. I highly recommend Sam to anyone struggling with ANY TYPE of issue that is holding you back .
