  Dr. Kreiner is a first-rate, gold class physician whose expertise and patient care sensitivity is among the best I’ve encountered in my 75 years seeing tons of docs.
  
  He is respectful, thorough and friendly, Most of all, he cares and it shows in his demeanor and conversations.
  
  Dr. Kreiner is a one of a kind physician you can trust with whatever your pain issue may be.
  
  I also measure a physician by the politeness and patience of office staff. Whether it be in Woodbury or Suffolk county, the office staff is wonderful. Great respectful phone manners and I’m never rushed when I have to call. And that all starts from the top down.

  I’m using acupuncture therapy for back pain and I’m totally convinced that it’s the way to go!!🤓 the treatment is so relaxing and they really do work. It’s a viable alternative to relief without drugs. I’m able to resume activities that have been Impossible for years. The staff is really competent and do friendly and the facility is very restful it’s hood for stress relief too

  I've been going here for probably 15 years or more. they are by far the best pain mang. doctors I have ever been to. I have 8 pieces of titanium holding my spine together and I am constant pain.
  The doctors and PA's and all the other staff here have changed my life. if not for them I don't think my quality of life would be worth a damn. They care about their patients and have helped me more than I ever hoped for. DR. Kirschen is one of the best if not the best doctor I have ever had. His PA Kristen is the best as well. They always have top notch staff who really care about you and your issues. I have had a few surgeries since I have been seeing them. They have always worked with the hospital and surgeons to make sure that my medication is correct and that I have no issues while in the hospital or after discharge.
  To all the Doctors, Pa's and the staff at Pain Management of Long Island : THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE FOR ME OVER THE YEARS!
