(February 6, 2023, 2:22 pm)I own a rental home in Pine Bush and we needed to replace a hot tub at the property. This company was a pleasure to work with. They worked everything out and got the job done before winter could mess things up. The new tub looks great, is easy to maintain and the ease of the transition (including disposing of the old tub) was all handled professionally.

We aren't local and the team and service were great. They understood that we were remote and worked with us to get the tub installed perfectly.

(December 18, 2022, 12:05 am)We bought a hot tub from Pacific pools and we find their customer service to be excellent. They are responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. You can't go wrong buying products from Roy and his staff. Not to be corny, but they really do service what they sell.
