  Hugo is a dear friend dating back to our days in Advertising. I consider it a gift that our paths crossed, not just in friendship, but that he started his yoga practice at a time when I needed it most.
  
  I started doing private lessons with Hugo 2x a week during shutdown. I had lower back stiffness from stenosis and regular sciatica pain. My work went remote and I wanted to counter some of the negative effects of sitting for long hours.
  
  My initial entry to yoga was for the physical benefits — to supplement my gym workouts. After years of weight training, I was surprised how much yoga helped define my shoulders, abs, and legs. My core became stronger, balance improved, and the morning stiffness disappeared.
  
  What I didn't expect were all the mental benefits to practicing regularly and receiving individual attention. I had two health scares in 2021, both of which were dealt with more calmly...due entirely to the relaxation techniques Hugo has taught me.
  
  Private sessions are customized to my needs of the day, from breathing exercises to counter work/life stress, stretching for stiffness or pain I am experiencing, or relaxation and guided meditations if I'm feeling under the weather.
  
  On occasion, I attend one of his classes and experience the same level of expertise and personalized attention.
  
  Forever grateful to Hugo and the practice — I have a totally different outlook on life, whatever challenges that come my way, and have enjoyed improved relationships with family and friends. The gifts just keep coming. Namaste.

  Hugo is such a beautiful human! I absolutely LOVE taking his class. He has great energy and is always so present while teaching.
  
  Whether I join him for a yoga class or a guided meditation, I walk away feeling more connected to myself and to Spirit.
  
  The space Hugo has created at Pacha Yoga is truly sacred. Being in that studio feels like I belong, like I’m part of a community.
  
  Hugo lives his yoga everyday, on and off the mat! And that authenticity is what makes taking a class with him such an amazing experience!
  
  I highly recommend Pacha Yoga, especially class with Hugo!

  Hugo has supported our team with online meditation and yoga classes during the tough times we are facing. Because we could not attend a physical class Patcha yoga conditioned a virtual, live class. Hugo’s professionalism, experience and dedication to the class made us feel like we were supported and guided. Definitely a 5 star ⭐️ review!!!

  I began my yoga practice three years ago at age 52 and Hugo played a huge role in helping me feel confident. With his guidance, I learned to focus on my own breathing, on my own goals and my own practice.
  
  Pacha Yoga offers a down to earth practice because Hugo truly leads by example. In a world of watered down yoga, Pacha yoga is the real deal.

  My wife and I have been practicing with Hugo for more than a year now.
  Pacha yoga studio has a warm and nurturing atmosphere.
  It is beautifully equipped and has a lovely gathering room for tea and talk after.
  Hugo Sanchez is a passionate yoga instructor and has a natural sense of what we need each session. We are always renewed and restored after every class. Thank you Hugo and Pacha yoga.
