Not only was she dependable, approachable, and an absolute ray of sunshine, but she even moved heavy boxes that were shipped too early! There is no shortage of positivity, strength, or warm welcomes :)

(February 16, 2023, 11:13 am)I've lived here almost 18 years and really have nothing to complain about. I recently had to have my stove replaced since the oven was not working. A few men from maintenance came by shortly after I reported the problem and replaced the stove. They were all very professional and did a great job. On their way out, they stopped to give my pup some love, which made him very happy. I have to say Overlook has a great maintenance staff and the office staff has always been very helpful.
