  We have dealt with a number of screen printing companies over the years with our business's. Many, start off great, but slowly the quality fades and prices seem in to increase while NOT delivering on expectations. We are so pumped to have found OSS Print Lab! The quality exceeded our expectations, communication on point and vision of the company is something we can get behind. We are can't wait to continue to work with OSS in our future apparel ventures.   OSS has been an absolute pleasure to calibrate with! There state of the art equipment and processes, results in amazing quality end user garments. I am a “hobby” designer who provides custom apparel at a much smaller scale. I am now able to send my designs to them and they print out ready to press DTF transfer for me to apply to my garments. I have been working with a company in Washington state for the last few years and I am thrilled to now work with a local company who is an expert at their craft and take the time to show a “hobbyist” tricks of the trade and help make them successful in the business at the same time. They do it all and they do it well with a high attention to detail! I look forward to working with Rich and his crew for years to come!

  Rich went above and beyond for a fallen member of my team, took a concept and added his flare and it came out so much better than I could have envisioned it, grateful for good people who understand a cause and make an unrealistic timeframe doable!   We had such an incredible experience working with Rich at OSS. After calling a variety of print shops, we tried calling OSS, and wanted to work with Rich due to his attention to detail and his approach to providing a shirts for our church event and to offer our parishioners. The project was complete ahead of time, with the color we shared by email that we were looking for. We definitely plan on doing more business with this incredible company and highly recommend them to anyone in the Westfield area or the Hilltowns!

The team at OSS Print Lab, led by Rich, is highly skilled and knowledgeable in their field, and they consistently deliver high-quality products that exceed expectations.
  
  Most recently, OSS Print Lab recently printed championship shirts for our Roots Athletic Center facility, and we were very pleased with the results. The team provided us a great price and a nice quality product. They even offered free design services to help us get the look and feel we wanted for the shirts. We will definitely be returning for future apparel orders.
