I’m so grateful to have found Dr. Ortiz. I moved several years ago and this was my third attempt at finding a gynecologist. Dr. Ortiz took the time to listen and to pay attention to the details. I finally found a gynecologist who has not made me feel like a waste of a female body because I never had kids.
Not only is Dr. Ortiz a blessing, so is his staff! When do you ever find a great doctor with an amazing staff?!
I've been going to Dr. Ortiz for many years. Starting with his staff, they are excellent. They always help us with any issues we may have. Their patience, very nice and professional. Dr. Ortiz is an excellent doctor. He makes sure you feel comfortable, he's friendly, professional and gives his best advice. He takes his time to listen to us. Plus he speaks English and Spanish. If I could give them a higher score I would. I also would 100% recommend them to my Friends and Family.
First time going to this doctor, was recommended by my sister in law. The office was very clean and the staff very nice and helpful. My appointment was on time and the doctor was very friendly and warm. I had a concern that the doctor addressed and I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. All of the staff make it easy for you to relax and be comfortable. I recommend him highly!
Dr. Ortiz was originally just my GYN and when I got pregnant I looked into him more to see if he'd be a good fit for us as an OB. Turned out he was very experienced in complicated pregnancies and has been practicing for decades. He also speaks Spanish which was convenient for my family at times. I cannot say enough how much I love Dr. Ortiz!!! He is so kind and humble, and dedicated to each patient. I always would tell him at my visits, "you are the best, Doctor Ortiz!!" and he would respond "don't tell me I'm the best until your baby is safely delivered into your arms!" He performs his work thoroughly, truly did not miss one detail. I also had a great experience with his staff in reception who always returned my calls and returned paperwork (maternity leave/disability ) very promptly. Rosa the phlebotomist is the sweetest . I felt very safe with Dr. Ortiz and feel very blessed that my first baby was delivered by him. Very humble man and wonderful doctor. Also, he delivers at St. Clare's and I had a great experience there.
Dr Ortiz is the most wonderful doctor I have ever met. He is so kind, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, and professional. He delivered my first baby 2 months ago and I will never go to another OBGYN. All of his staff is wonderful as well. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Ortiz!
