    If you are in need of their services, Orthocraft in Brooklyn or New Windsor is the best place to go. There is no BS here. Dez Joseph is a master of his craft. I've been to many, many other prosthetists and none compare.

    I went to see him after the pandemic and my prosthetic leg was in sad shape. He temporarily fixed it and immediately took measurements to make a new leg.

    My new leg has a waterproof foot, and a removable cover that I can change with my moods. It fits great and looks great.

    Dez and the whole team and orthocraft are amazing! I’ve been seeing him for years and he always takes great care to make sure the prosthesis fits great and is always looking for ways to improve my gait and my comfort in the socket. Really a pleasure to work with! Thanks for everything Dez!

    I first met Dez through another company in 2018. I had an ongoing battle with another prosthetist that had been working on my leg for 8 months with disasterous results. I got to see Dez in the next couple of days and Dez said "Scott, please give me a chance without holding grudges that you might have for that other person." I said fair enough. So in 2-3 hours Dez got to see the issues I was having with the residual issues of fluctation of my limb (BK) and listening to my thoughts and concerns and the entire story of my amputations. Dez immediately knew what to do, and off he went. So in the next few visits Dez had made me a leg that fit properly, comfortably and I was a man who could walk without discomfort!
    Everything was going great until June 2021 when I fell from my truck and fractured my femur at the knee joint on my prosthetic side. Now I was in trouble again and Dez was only working in Brooklyn and not a drive I was willing to make. So I tried a different prosthetist with no luck but they did have Dez's contact and put me in touch with him. Come to find out Dez was now in New Windsor, NY which is much closer to where I live. On my first appt with Dez, he was already aware of the attempts made by the prosthetist who contacted him this time and we started right away on getting me fixed up asap. In a few short days I should be all set with a completely new leg.

    Thank you to whomever allowed Dez to have a New Windsor, NY location as he well deserves it!

    Orthocraft is the greatest! Best in the business!! I was involved in a major industrial accident and lost my arm back a few years ago. Dez and his amazing team not only fitted an amazing device for me to gain functionality back, but also made me feel assured I would be okay, feel better and in no time you'll be back in the swing of things. He was right! I am glad Dez and Orthocraft are on my side! They are the best in the business, no need to look around. Best comfortable device fit, easy appointment process, and great caring service!!
