  Great service and prices, nice people to deal with. My grandchildren enjoyed the pool so much this summer. We also bought an electric pool heater from here and it’s wonderful. Thanks to Rich for the installation.

  Amazing place ran by amazing people , I drove all the way from New York to pick up my new pool treated me like family and even gifted me a care package with a bunch of goodies for my new family pool ! Thank you very much highly recommended this place the hospitality is amazing and the customer service even better ! Thank you will be in touch again and will be referring all my peoples here totally worth the 45 min drive .

  I was referred to Ordini by a good friend who pointed out that Patterson has 3.5% sales tax, on a pool purchase - that's a decent amount of money compared to 7% elsewhere. He too purchased his pool here in 2021.
  Ordini is not a pool contractor - they are simply a dealer of above ground pools. They are not an installer - they refer to an installer who was phenomenal and worked with my schedule to install. I bought him Wendys for lunch, my install was excellent.
  Initially I looked at other companies as my heart was set on a "semi inground " pool - I came to find out I was looking at 30-40k for a free form semi inground pool after excavating, permits, hardscaping and backfill. That was too close to the 70k I was quoted for a 12 x 24' vinyl liner in ground with a small stamped concrete border. Both of which would have increased my property taxes and I didn't have that cash liquid-- so here I am with a beautiful 12' x 24' oval above ground pool that I "GC'd" myself.
  The Ordini process was great, told them what I wanted, they showed me what I asked for and recommend a more powerful pump to circulate the water better, that what I bought from them.
  I wanted my pool to be warm without a heater, so common sense said the smaller the pool, the darker the liner....magically the pool heats up faster in the sun, common sense!
  James answered all my questions, Carole answered all my calls. The delivery guys were great, triple checked all items were delivered into my garage when I was home to receive. No issues.
  I went back down one time to buy closing kit chemicals and a cover. Everything else I needed came with the accessory kit included in my purchase.
  I handled my permits and town inspections, electrician and trench dig, that was all on my schedule and made for a rewarding experience.
  Highly recommend Ordini. No Frills. Just answers and service.
  If you have a 6 figure budget for a pool, you aren't reading this review. If you want an above ground pool for your family and are looking for a solid group of people that answer and return calls, price their goods and supplies fairly and actually know what they are doing...go to Ordini.

  My husband went to Ordini this morning and he left very happy. We thought that we needed a new filter for our pool. He took the filter to Ordini and they ended up servicing it - saving us a lot of money. Everyone at Ornini's is friendly and extremely helpful. He can't stop taking about them. Thank you Ordini - you guys ROCK!!!

  From this point forward, we will only be using Ordini Pools. I can't say enough good things about them, but we can start from the beginning.
  
  We bought our house and the pool is old, 13 years old, and needed replacing. We were recommended Ordini pools by our neighbor. My husband spoke to James, who was kind enough to give the low-down on all the pools and pricing. He sent me to the store to pick out which one we wanted, color and liners.
  
  James wasn't in when I arrived, but I was kindly helped by Carole. She told me the differences between the three pools they offered for what I was looking for and the liners that I was able to choose from. We ended up with the Emotion and a darker liner. She was incredibly up-front and honest about the differences between the models and was patient with me as I mulled my choices over (and called my husband a few times). She also told me how to save our liner and prevent the ladder from shredding it in the future. She was very knowledgable and showed me how the pool would come packaged so I knew how much space I'd need in my garage. They also provided us with pool installers, both of whom they'd been working with for many years.
  
  I was able to speak to James on the phone after Thanksgiving and discussed delivery. He was extremely nice and just sounded genuine and willing to work with my schedule - I felt sorry for being such a hassle but he made sure that I didn't! I look forward to receiving our pool and working with them again! Go with Ordini - you won't be disappointed.
