From the front desk, nurses, doctor, and a gentleman who helped get me an appointment the very next day. This urgent care goes above and beyond! Professional and compassionate at the same time! Which is hard to find at alot of any health care places. I was a wreck crying so much because of my pain and they showed me from the second they talked to me that they cared!Then for the gentleman after my appointment to make sure I had somewhere to go and get good treatment for my injury was amazing I've never been treated so nice except when I started going to this urgent care! Thank you to the whole team here! They deserve an award!
These doctors did a culture on a lump I had on my leg. Inspira did not do that. They changed my medicine because the medicine Inspira prescribed was to weak. Thank you Optum for really caring about your patients. Now I know I really cannot trust Inspira. They did not finish the job like Optum.
