I've been a part of this medical group for decades. Mt.kisco medical, Caremount medical, and now Optum. And while no one expects to wait for a phone to answer or an appointment to be available. Understand that there are many more sick people than available employees. I have waited hours but am so familiar with the delay I put my phone on speaker and do something else while I wait. Patience is hard when you're sick but laying down while you wait is probably good for you. I know all medical facilities are the same as far as scheduling. Look at other reviews. But the real difference with Optum is the staff. The care that I've gotten is outstanding. I have had doctors for decades who have treated me e with proactive care. I wouldn't go anywhere else while I live in this area.

It's a shame for all the people giving low ratings because I would hate for someone to miss out on care from one of the finest facilities.
