I’ve been dealing with a head injury leading to neck and back pain for a while and now I feel Im on the track to good health.

(June 6, 2023, 8:33 am)I was very pleased with the amazing skill and knowledge Jake has to help me with my health issues. Though the place is still under construction the private room was still peaceful and didn't interfere with a relaxing experience. Definitely will return.

(February 25, 2023, 8:01 pm)I saw Jake after seeing a physical therapist in my area and not seeing much improvement. I suffered an injury to my shoulder/bicep tendon that had greatly reduced my mobility and caused a great deal of daily pain. Jake was so knowledgeable about human anatomy and physiology, and he shared his knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. His attentiveness and attention to detail was incredible. After a movement assessment he walked me through a series of exercises personalized to me based on my mobility for not just the injured arm, but the healthy arm as well to prevent any future injuries. Since my appointment I’ve done the exercises regularly and now have zero daily pain, greatly improved mobility, and I’m able to strength train in the gym again, as well as fully participate in my physically demanding job. Thanks so much, Jake! Highly recommend Jake and his team!
