Between my communication with Peter to being at the desk with Alex and then signing papers with Robert, everything was so smooth. Peter was great with letting me know what I was getting myself into. Alex was a fantastic salesman, he truly cared about getting me into the car I wanted. Robert was so welcoming. Signing papers is nerve racking as is and he made me feel super claim and laid back. Overall this is a great dealership with great people who care about your needs and wants. I am glad to be a customer to them. The Ryan's hire great people.

This is our first experience. Dylan was not at all confused by the language barrier, we don't speak English well, on the contrary, he tried to help us understand it as best he could. I am very happy with the car we bought in this salon. For the first time in my life, they put a bow on my car, it was very pleasant and exciting. Thanks to Dylan for his clear, competent work with clients. Choosing a car is always not an easy purchase, but everything went very well, we received answers to all the questions that arose during the paperwork. Big greetings from buyers from Kazakhstan!

He bent over backwards to make sure we got a fantastic deal and kept us right where we wanted to be financially. Lou made the process of buying a car easy to navigate and hassle free through excellent communication and attentiveness. He made us comfortable and wasn’t overbearing like so many highway dealer salespeople can be. We (my wife and I) 100% recommend Open Road as the place to buy a car. Seek out Lou. He is fantastic.

This is by far the best staff in the car business! From the moment I arrived, Antonella (My sales Rep)greeted me with a smile and a complimentary water. They do not push you around and try to knock bills out of your pocket for a deal in this establishment. Freddy (Manager) assures that you are well taken care of and feel right at home. Freddy’s staff is straight forward and willing to work with you. I used to sell vehicle’s myself and the level of professionalism that I have experienced here in one day, has superseded all others. As for Robert in finance, the guy is phenomenal. He’s deliberate, efficient and fair. Best in the business!
