Technician was friendly, accommodating, and my MRI was performed in a timely manner.I recommend this facility.
Had an MRI today and I have to say I was nervous going because of the reviews. Needless to say I was immensely surprised at the level of friendliness. Not sure what other people are talking about ...but this office was VERY caring.
I don't know all the workers, but I can say with 100% backed emotions that Lisa, the receptionist and Julie the technician were super friendly and made me feel welcome. Lisa was nice from start to finish, with a great sense of humor, even engaging us about the TV show that was playing in the waiting room, and Julie the tech even greeted me with a good morning, on my way to the bathroom before she was even introduced to me!
So like I said, don't fear this place because of the reviews, just come on a Friday, these ladies are top notch! I also have anxiety and was super stressed, even though it was an open MR! It didn't phase Julie at all when I pressed the button, ( mid-way through ) she was caring and sweet and asked if I was ok!
After the MRI, I was obviously still in pain and it was harder for me to get up ...so I needed help. She had a step ladder to help me up, that she stood on for leverage. So she was very helpful.
I know the bad reviews must not have been about these two because they were really nice!
