I love love this place. The farm house is immaculate, great energy and Cody & Lincoln are fantastic hosts. The house is perfect example of the era but well modernized without losing its historical charm. It is close to Bethel and the garden is so lovely. Definitely coming back next time I’m in the area. Thank you for making our stay special.
Open Farmhouse was absolutely beautiful. The house, the grounds, the gorgeous garden truly created the perfect atmosphere for our stay. In fact, everyone in our group of 8 agreed that it was the perfect space to host our reunion. Lincoln and Cody are such wonderful, attentive and hospitable hosts, who truly went above and beyond to make everyone happy and comfortable. It was also great to learn about the different projects, events, and cool things that they do throughout the year. We are absolutely pleased with our stay here (plus - we were all raving about how incredible the mattresses and bedding were!).
Open Grange was one of the most amazing experiences I've had in recent memory. Cody and Lincoln were exquisite hosts. They environment was warm, welcoming, safe and beautiful. The kitchen garden was so much fun to play with and really loved getting to participate in all the peach preserving, hosting communal meals, visiting the baby turkey and strolling through the woods! Can't wait to go back again!
Perfect co-living and co-working getaway from New York city to live in nature, on 300 acres of farmland, with chickens, goats, horse, turkey, and ducks. I spent an entire month living there with 3 other residents and it was the best way to find some work life balance. Not to mention the fresh produce from the farm, the communal meals, nearby walks, monastery, and waterfalls. Lincoln and Cody have built a great place and community, and they put their heart and soul into making sure everyone is well taken care of. Can't wait to go back there again.
This place is amazing. It was so recharging to be out of the city, and Cody & Lincoln are such gracious hosts. I stayed for the month of June & then extended, and both groups I was a part of were full of such interesting activists, artists and people I want to stay friends with :) I learned a lot about farming, spent a lot of days hiking and outside, and I didn't want to leave!
