  Twice this practice has helped me avoid the scalpel thanks to their skill and dedication to healing--my knees and shoulders feel great and I can happily say that I have probably forestalled the inevitable by a number of years.
  If your doctor is suggesting you try PT first, this is the place to go; if you give them a try you might be pleasantly surprised like I was!.

  Mantas is the best—super knowledgeable, patient, compassionate, funny. I went to see him after breaking my arm in a horse accident. I was having additional pain on one side of my body but after several X-rays, the doctors found no visible cause. Within 5 minutes of my first visit, Mantas had identified the problem and I left feeling better! I saw him for several months for my wrist. He definitely made me work but there were lots of laughs along the way and I regained near-full mobility. The facility is spotless. The atmosphere is friendly. I highly recommend going to Mantas.

  I chose OneOnOne PT because they accepted my insurance and they were nearby. At the time of my evaluation, I was in a lot of pain with a frozen shoulder and had no range of motion. Mantas came up with a plan of action that included specific exercises, electric stimulation and hands on manipulation. He would ask me how the shoulder was feeling every time I arrived for therapy and tailored each session accordingly. As my shoulder started to get better, he gave me exercises I could do at home. With his knowledge and direction, my shoulder recovered 100%. Patty is very accommodating when scheduling appointments and keeping on top of things. Her friendly demeanor, along with a therapy room full of natural light & some live plants, really give the place a great vibe. I am so glad I chose OneOnOne PT. I recommend them highly.

  From 2 people with 2 different problems we are significantly better due to the attention we get from Mantas & Patty. The place is clean, cheerful & friendly but also on target for your problems. Patty makes it easy to make an appointment. Highly recommend if you need physical therapy. Mr. & Mrs. T

  I injured my back which made it extremely painful to sit, stand, move, and sleep. I was diagnosed with two herniated discs and I was recommended a course of physical therapy . I chose Dr. Mantas after reading several positive reviews . Initially I was skeptical about physical therapy helping however after the first session there I felt significantly better. In fact I continued with the sessions for a couple of more weeks until I fully recovered and now I’m back to the gym doing my regular workouts.
  Dr. Mantas was very hands on and helpful . He showed me the proper way to stretch and do certain exercises , and I really enjoyed the relaxing massage at the end of the session . His place of practice is very clean and casual . Dr. Mantas, and his assistant, Patty maintain a very light atmosphere with patients where it’s easy to forget that your in a physical therapy facility but at the same time he will not let you slack. I highly recommend him, and I do not intend to be a returning client BUT if I do need physical therapy at some point I will definitely be seeing him again. Thank you Dr. Mantas!
