  This review is well passed due. I’ve had multiple experiences here and all of them were excellent. The staff helped me find and purchase the perfect engagement ring which my now fiancé loves. I have also resized my bracelet, fixed my pendant, replaced a watch battery, and resized the said engagement ring. The craftsmanship is excellent and above all the staff are good people. I would highly recommend this jeweler.

  My wife and I recently went to purchase a ring on a limited budget. Dan was extremely helpful and patient and treated us like we were buying a big purchase. Overall a wonderful experience and would highly recommend his store.

  Amazing service, I stopped by today to get a ring appraised. Upon inspection the jeweler noticed something seemed off and was able to determine that the color and clarity did not match the paperwork. Didn’t charge me anything for much helpful advice. I’ve since mailed that ring back and will buying a ring from them next week. They took 15-20 minutes of their day to help me. Thank you gentlemen see you next week.

  This review is long overdue but, I found Mr. O'Neill to be
  professional, helpful, honest & good to work with. When I
  felt there was an issue with an item, that was sent out &
  worked on by someone else, Mr. O'Neill handled the
  situation like a professional & a gentleman having it
  re-done & I couldn't be more satisfied. I feel by his
  actions that he wanted to make me a satisfied customer
  & he did! If I could give more than 5 stars on this review
  I would.

  My chain broke after something like 22 years of owning & wearing it. I asked around and heard that O'Neill does excellent repair work so I took it here to get fixed. I was surprised that they had it done in a little less than a day. The repair work was great! I was even more happy when I got the bill and it was only about $20! I even picked up a small present for my girlfriend while I was there since they were having a sale. I'll definitely be coming back here for all my jewelry needs for the foreseeable future!
