  I had a leak from the circulation pump. Set up an appointment, came and fixed the issue. Brian was great thanks!

  We’ve had other companies service our hot tub, but finally feel this one provides the customer friendly care and technical knowledge at fair prices. Meredith answers emails and is pleasant on the phone and follows through. Brian goes above and beyond and is honest and you can tell he knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. He will go the extra mile and give good advice on care, but also take his time to diagnose and find the root causes and solve them. He’s pleasant also which sadly, in our experience with other companies, isn’t the norm. If you want a company that from your initial phone call to getting it resolved shows care throughout the process, One Stop is it. We’re the type that we are willing to be loyal to companies that treat their customers well. Can’t say that for other hot tub companies. The high reviews on Google just added another one.

  We couldn’t be happier. This is our first time owning a hot tub. From start to finish working with Brian was super easy. He was here 2 days before the day we were scheduled because he was waiting on something and didn’t want to mess up our appointment. He cleaned the tub, fixed an issue and set it up. We were in it later that evening. If your needing help with your tub this is the company to use. Excellent service is an understatement. Thank you Brian.

  My experiences with One Stop Spa Shop have been nothing but great! I have been using them for years. I started off with them fixing my old tub in a former home. Last fall, we purchased a new tub - that we absolutely love! - which they have been performing maintenance on with no problems or issues at all. Reliable, professional, courteous and a pleasure to do business with! I highly recommend!!!

  We love Brian and everyone at One Stop Spa Shop! We bought our beautiful hot tub from them last year and they were so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Brian is always just a call away whenever we need any hot tub help, he shows up with a smile on his face, even if it's pouring rain! We could not recommend One Stop Spa Shop more highly, they're fantastic.
