  Went to remove nail out of tire and repair it and oil change ...owner very honest showed me that nail was long enough to have punctured the tire ...could have charge me bit he didnt...didn't... I like that they were very honest about it....I will continue to come plus..I live 3 blocks away...can't beat that

  Show repect and get repect is common sense that much people just ignores, specially when visiting auto repair shops is what i felt while waiting for my car to be finished at this place,
  
  This place is pretty busy, and the owner is just one man that can only help out one visitors at a time, and he give his full attention to answer their questions,
  
  But all these people with bad reviews take him for granted, they would just come into the shop and just either yell or start talking to him about what they are here for, even though the owner is either helping someone face to face or over the phone, wait your turn!! So rude! And they have nerve to tell the owner that the owner is rude unbelievable!!
  
  While i was sitting here also saw visitors that he had his service completed 3 ~4 years ago and came back to complain that he has scratches on his bumper and started to blame the shop, only reason that know the job was done 3~4 years ago is that after their conversation (more like yelling) visitors wanted copy of his invoice, then shop owner told the visitor that he doesn't have invoices after 3 years+, then the visitor started yelling at the shop owner for not having what he needs.
  
  But for all other visitors that showed treated him with respect got all of their questions answered and even got a discount on their job
  
  Like i said show respect to get respect, and stop writing bad reviews just because you had a bad day, no shop offers get happy day service

  I frequent this shop, everything from engine to tires and paint. We are all busy and so is this shop and it seems that the impatient customers are the ones to leave the angry low star reviews. Go to a dealer, it's the same thing. their work is good and trustworthy and they will recommend you things that are needed on your car, as they feel that it's their recommendations that help you guys keep your family safe in a safe car. if you feel that they are trying to upsell you on tires and brakes, think about it, what would you say to yourself when you have a blowout on the highway? wow you being cheap basically almost cost you your life. So stop the bsing, it's your choice. if you need a reliable shop but don't mind the wait especially on saturdays, i would recommend this place hands down.

  Did wheel alignment and changed one damaged part. Mr. Seo, the mechanic, explained everything in detail to remove my doubt and help me understand what caused the problem, etc. Definitely recommend for their quick, yet high quality service.
