(June 17, 2023, 10:17 am)We highly recommend Liam, Marci, and whole crew at On The Mend! They were a Godsend to our family in making sure that when our 90 year old father was released from rehab after a fall, his home was properly outfitted with all of the equipment he needs to live safety and independently in his apartment, including grab bars, safety railings, and adaptive equipment in the bathroom to protect from future falls. They worked quickly in a short time frame to get everything done, and ensured it was done properly.
Liam was responsive and a proactive communicator, Marci kind and very professional confirming accuracy in logistics and billing, and the delivery/installation guys could not have been more polite or helpful.
It is very stressful dealing with healthcare, trying to take care of and protect our elder loved ones. On The Mend understands this. They help ease the burden by carrying some of it with you.
A related additional shout out to On the Mend's business associate, Arthur Mulligan at The McKellan Group, Senior Health Care Advocates. Art is a gen of a human being who can guide elders and their families through the incredibly complex and often frustrating world of health care services and insurance/payment for seniors. -
DOUBLE T THE VOICE OF REASON
(June 10, 2023, 5:47 am)I was in desperate need of repair on a Golden Technologies chair that I bought out of state. Golden Technologies gave me the number of three vendors that serviced in this area. I chose On The Mend Medical and I am so glad that I did. From the first phone call that I made right up through the Received, I felt like I was family . They scheduled me promptly. Were here the next day., fixed the issue in my chair is like brand new again. A few hours after the service call, the office called to make sure that I was completely satisfied. What more could I ask for I would never hesitate to call upon them again, and I would recommend On The Mend Medical to everybody.

(June 3, 2023, 2:25 pm)Went with my mom and met Christine who was not only warm and knowledgeable but also a fluent ASL signer - a rarity in most businesses. We ended up going back a few more times to get a good fit for orthopedic shoes and each visit felt like a reunion. Christine also noted a common toenail issue among the elderly and suggested that my mother visit a podiatrist - which she did and we're grateful for that input.
Store is well stocked and the owner, Liam and the other employees are super friendly. The ice cream shop next door is also a great place for a treat after your visit.
If you know of any Deaf people who are in need of home medical supplies, be sure to recommend this place and have them call the store to check for Christine's hours. -

Our delivery men were just great… friendly, great in explaining the warranty, careful in the removal and delivery of the old chairs!! So hail to Derek and Brody! My mother had a terrible fall & in the ensuing chaos of hospitals & rehabs, Caron tremendously helped with what my mom would need coming home & her recommendations were spot on. Someone came out within the day to measure for a ramp & Derek did an amazing job installing it. He was beyond professional & quick. Caron had another team deliver everything else we requested on the same day as the ramp install. Everything was complete with the time parameters we requested. Caron made an extremely difficult time easy & with zero issues!!! Thank you all!
