  Olympian Fencing Studio is run by Olympic gold medalist, Galya Pundyk. She offers a structured environment and is welcoming to both casual fencers and those interested in competition. Classes are a balanced mix of physical fitness, technical drills, and monitored free fencing. Galya is an expert in the technical fencing tactics and distance controls required of an Olympic fencer of smaller stature. Beyond pure technique, her approach to coaching highlights how a more tactical mindset, even for younger students, can lead to better anticipation and timing.

  Best and newest fencing facility!!! My son Jeremy and our family love Olympian Fencing Studio very much!!! Coach Galya is a very nice, knowledgeable and strong fencing coach!!! We are very happy and lucky to have our son Jeremy do fencing at this great fencing club!!!

  As a mom, I look for a coach with wit, character and compassion. My daughter has fenced for four years and been through two full time coaches and half a dozen at camps before joining Galya a year ago. Galya stands out as the best role model for my daughter - smart, feminine, mentally strong, well-traveled and very compassionate. Also, Wilton is my top three favorite CT towns and one of the safest!

  Galya is a generous and supportive coach. She clearly loves the sport and her enthusiasm is contagious! My daughter also loves having a female coach — an Olympic gold medalist to boot!

  The Olympian Fencing Studio is a place where kids and adults can learn how to fence from a real Olympic champion! Galya is very nice, knowledgeable and patient with all of her students. She loves teaching people how to fence and live like champions. I have no doubt that once the word spreads about Galya and this studio it will be a huge success. If you’ve never tried fencing...you should, because it’s challenging and fun!
