People who didn't give 5 stars have no taste. Don't listen to the bad reviews. -

(March 2, 2021, 12:36 pm)Hands-down the best chocolate shop in the Hudson Valley. Unfortunately for them, their reviews reflect more about their (previous) location’s clientele than them. If you love chocolate, DO NOT miss out on Oliver Kita chocolates!! It is truly inspired confectionary and Oliver Kita and anyone I’ve encountered there is a gem. You can order online and they ship anywhere in the country. There’s always things on sale too, for the budget-minded. I heard they relocated to Ulster County. Welcome to the cooler side of the river, Kita!

His truffles are amazing, the hot chocolate mix will keep you happy all winter long, and the man himself it’s sweet and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need

(November 23, 2018, 5:56 pm)High quality chocolate and baked goods. Quality is high though, so prices are commensurate. Ice cream available too in the summer! The only reason I can see to give this place anything less than 4 stars is because people were expecting to be able to get some cheap chocolates. That's not what this store is about. We always get good stuff when we come here.
