I agree with all the praises about this dump and the great guys especially Dennis that work there.
Echoing a previous review: this really might be the nicest dump in America. The incredible mountaintop views, the very kind and helpful staff, the layout and organization, all of it. It’s truly a pleasure to visit this institution and discard my recycling.
I just moved to town and all the other reviewers were spot on - this place is a joy to visit! So helpful and friendly and drop off is easy and clear.
My husband and I have been visiting Olive Transfer Station for several years now and it's always a pleasure and delight. It's a beautiful location and all the guys are great. They're hard working, friendly and helpful, especially Saul and Dennis whom we've got to know pretty well.
