Our interactions with staff and with Ben in particular were informative and highly supportive of all our needs for the repair of the truck. (April 6, 2023, 9:56 am)One of the best places around for service! Staff is very friendly and informative. Prices are extremely reasonable, and difficult to beat. They wont try to charge you for things you don't need. Turnaround time was very fast. Appointment was within 2 days of calling them, dropped off Tuesday night for a Wednesday appointment, and they had everything completed by that evening. Needed new thermostat, upper hose, and heat shield. Cost was a quarter of what they dealership tried to charge, and with faster results. Work was top notch and everything is running smooth. This is the second time I've used them for service, highly recommended!!

I took my son's car to Olender’s primarily because they would accept our GWC warranty that covered the rack and piñon and the control arms on both sides.
I was really impressed by the thorough inspection and the ability to view the inspection online.
The service advisor Paul worked tirelessly with the warranty company to ensure that the warranty would be used to its maximum capacity on covered components. He kept me informed along the way and even communicated via email which is unheard of. Most Auto repair shops require you to call them to inquire about service updates even when they say they will call you.
I would strongly recommend Olenders to anyone in the area. -

(October 4, 2022, 1:28 pm)Top tier repair!! I used their service under a State Farm claim. Their level of professionalism made the process very seamless. They delivered the estimate, scheduled the week of repair, and returned my car LIKE NEW! A missing part needed to be ordered, which was an unexpected finding after taking down the damage. But this only delayed me for a few days. But for the quality and professionalism, well worth the wait. If I said I didn’t cry when I picked up my car, I’d be lying. They made me love my car again. New taillight, reflector, bumper, and Im confident, new parts underneath.
