(October 27, 2022, 6:28 am)Visited a couple of times while looking for a new gas fireplace for the house. Lovely and large selection of all types and styles, and very knowledgable staff who answered all my questions. They also have a lot of garden and patio items, I'll check those out next spring!

(October 18, 2022, 4:38 pm)Purchased 2 stoves, first one 20 years ago for the living room, 2nd is around 17 years and used in the kitchen. Both were installed by them and have had no trouble with either one. Carry a good line of parts and if they do not have the part theywill drop ship to your home if needed.

(February 15, 2020, 10:01 am)I would like to extend my appreciation to the staff. We purchased a wood stove insert in December. The installation crew was friendly and professional!
After using the unit for a short time we realized it was undersized for the space.
We had a follow up appointment within a few days to look the product over and within a few weeks had a new larger unit installed perfectly again.
Can’t say enough about the service at every level!
You get what you pay for! That’s excellent service with awesome products when you do business with Hadley Hearth and Home.
