The part arrived the next day (I am only one state away) and installed following the video they sent me. I am very happy to have my Herman Miller chair working perfectly again. Thanks for everything

(April 23, 2022, 11:31 pm)I don't often write reviews for places but I was not just pleasantly surprised but extremely pleased with the service.
My 14 year old Herman Miller Mirra 1 chair had many problems accumulated over the years of use. The largest being the back had broken at the top (something I came to find out was very common).
Not only did Office Replacement Parts have a back available, they had one in the same color, which I didn't think I'd be able to find so easily 14 years later. I had a question about screws for the back and sent them a message. I got a response first thing the morning after I asked.
I placed my order and it was shipped out to me within a day, maybe within a few hours, and it arrived 2 days later.
So after a little bit of work my Mirra is nearly new and it feels and looks great, especially for being 14 years old. Thanks for the parts and making it super easy and convenient.
My only constructive feedback would be to make it clear on the listings what hardware is included with things, like chair backs. ;-)
If I ever need replacement parts again, I know where I'm going to be ordering. -

(April 9, 2021, 4:15 pm)I don't know where to begin. I wish the scale went to 10 stars. I have a Herman Miller Aeron chair that's about 25 years old that would no longer tilt backwards. I was about to buy a new or refurbished chair and stumbled upon Adam's website. From the initial response to my inquiry and speedy professional response, to the well prepared, exceptional job at my home which included:
Drop cloth, offer to repair my chair outdoors if I had any concerns about COVID, incredibly inexpensive, overall inspection to be sure there was nothing else that needed repair. Tips on maximizing features, and other chair recommendations should I want to purchase one in the future. Guidance on how to preserve the life of my chair.
If you are looking for an incredibly talented competent technician with deep expertise in the field, look no longer. It would be foolish to waste your time looking elsewhere.
