I highly recommend this gym whether your a beginner or a seasoned lifter!! Plenty of everything no waiting for anything!!! Keep up the good guys!!!

Every member is there to better themselves an also encouraged each other to be better an it’s very motivating. Anthony has created a hardcore/motivating environment that is unlike any other gym I’ve been to on Long Island. I encourage everyone to stop in an check out the gym as it’s only goin to get better a better every year. OTC is one of a kind.

When you work out at OTC it’s like working out in your house with nothing but family support to keep you motivated and pumped to achieve all your fitness goals! It’s also an amazing place to introduce your kids to the world of fitness! Friends, family, power, energy, Drive, fitness goals!!!!!! Come experience the OTC!!!!

Check it out if you want a classic, hardcore, no nonsense gym. You won’t be disappointed. OTC is the best gym in the area.
